"and Now these three: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." ! corinthians 13:13
We can have all the hope we want for our kids to be the best professional baseball player, or the Honor student, and how she will graduate from Harvard. We can plan their lives, hope always for the best, even better lives than what we had, and still, our love for them is better!
We can have faith that they will conquer their areas of opportunities, that will stop disobeying, and that they will become who we dream of them becoming...and although all of these is good, there is something greater...your unconditional love for them.
Love covers multitude of sins. Love can change areas that we didn't know could be reached.
Love is perfect only because God is Love.
When we love, God is acting through us. When we love, we are in our purest stage, and acting because the other needs us, not because we will gain something.
Love, love, love!
This Christmas think of giving love before giving things.
This Christmas remind them of the greatest love ever given: Jesus.
